Soul Star Counselling is a privately owned and operated service that operates 7 days a week, yes, that’s obviously including weekends, and extends outside of business hours. The business phone number is also my personal number which means, you can contact me any time of the day and it will be met with a prompt response, unless I’m with a client or sleeping.

Like many other counselling services, this service doesn’t stop caring for people at the end of business hours, on the contrary, it cares and caters for everyone seeking counselling that requires assistance in whatever you are currently or have experienced in your life. I am not one of these counsellors that will sit with you and make you feel that you are speaking to a robot, I am genuinely empathetic and I feel what you feel, yes, I also have lived personal experiences whatever you are dealing with, so I know first hand what you are going through. I’m not just a counsellor with tertiary experience like most.
